How do I place an order?

That’s easy!! Just give our office a call, (908) 454-7111. We are open Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm, Eastern Standard Time. Remember,  we are a wholesale company only, if you are a new customer, you must have a registered tax id number available to fax over to us.

How does RBI Toys ship their merchandise?

We currently use FEDEX Ground The shipping costs are added onto the final invoice. If you would like to use your own FEDEX account number, please let us know in advance. Under certain circumstances we will use USPS and again, add the freight and insurance cost to the final invoice.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
RBI Toys prides itself on fast delivery, it normally* will take 1 to 3 days for your order to physically ship from our warehouse. After that, it is based on the transit time of FEDEX.
*We all know that things beyond our control happen, although rare, it happens here at RBI Toys as well. Should we not meet the projected 1-3 day ship time, we ask that you BEAR with us and we will get your order out as quickly as possible*

What payment does RBI Toys accept?
We accept all major credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover)
We accept checks, as prepayment. Your order will be shipped after the check has cleared. There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks
We offer Net 30 terms, after a credit check, please call our office for more information.
We no longer offer COD.
